Working method:cinnamon processing machine
The material is fed into the grinding chamber and passes through the high-speed rotation caused by three sets of knives in sequence. The material is crushed three times in a mill and then becomes a fine powder. A device to prevent coarse particles from entering the fine grinding area is designed between the medium and fine grinding knife group and the fine grinding knife group to ensure the fineness of the powder. The rotor speed is controlled by the frequency converter, and different granularities can be realized by adjusting the speed. There is no screen in the mill, so the heat rising in the mill is very small.
Advantages:
(1) No need screen or sieve in mill chamber,change powder particle size by changing speed;
(2) Because it has no screen in mill chamber,when milling,there is no heat rising in mill chamber;
No need to worry power get struck in the screens or product quality get affected by the heat from the mill.That’s why it is very suitable for grinding heat-sensitive material or material contains fiber or oil.
(3) The mill part combines coarse crusher,middle fine mill and fine mill together,which means it can makes fine powder directly from big raw material,very effective.
(4) It can save more power,its capacity is much bigger than other same motor type traditional mill.
Main structure:cinnamon processing machine
(1) the base: plays the role of connecting and supporting the various parts of the crusher as a whole. The crushed material is discharged from one side of the crushing chamber.
(2) Rotor: by the main shaft, Hammer frame, shaft pin, Hammer, bearings and other components. It is the main moving part of the crusher. Rotor speed is high, after Assembly must be dynamic balance test, without shaft pin and Hammer.
(3) upper cover: Top side with feeding hole, made of semi-circular gear. The crushing chamber consists of an upper cover, a lower cover and a rotor. The material is crushed in the crushing chamber.
(4) lower cover: there are discharge holes on the side. Internal Ring Gear, spindle, Hammer frame, Hammer, fan blades, classification wheel. The Shell is divided into blowing zone, fine crushing zone, grading zone, secondary crushing zone and coarse crushing zone.
